Enrique O'Farrill Julien
Profesional con más de 30 años de experiencia en Cooperación Internacional. Ha liderado equipos técnicos de negociación de cooperación bilateral y triangular con países tales como: Japón, Alemania, Estados Unidos, España, entre otros.
Asimismo, ha liderado negociaciones con socios multilaterales tales como: la Unión Europea (UE), el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), el Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina (CAF), el Banco Mundial, la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Agricultura (FAO) y el Fondo de Adaptación.
Sobresale su liderazgo, compromiso con la organización, su trabajo en equipo, manejo comunicacional, diálogo y competencia negociadora. En sus 28 años de trabajo en la AGCID, ha demostrado capacidad para el desarrollo de redes, proactividad, capacidad analítica y alta orientación al logro por objetivos.

Cristián Jara Brito
The Executive Director of AGCID, Cristián Jara, is the head of the Service, and has the rank of Ambassador.
Lawyer, Graduate in Legal Sciences from the Adolfo Ibáñez University; he holds a Master of Business Law (LLM) and a Certificate in Finance from the same university (2007-2008). Graduated from the "Andrés Bello" Diplomatic Academy of Chile, he has various diplomas and courses in international politics and political science at the Catholic University ; University of Chile and; Diego Portales University. He completed the "Winter Course" taught by The Hague’s Academy of International Law and currently is preparing his Doctor in Law degree at the University of Los Andes. He is married to María Isabel Rojas Framm and is the father of a daughter, Isabel. He is a member of the Santiago and Valparaíso Bar Associations; part of the Chilean Council for International Relations (CCRI); and member of the Pro Bono Foundation.
His career has been developed mainly in the State Administration, as a lawyer in the Regional Government of the Valparaíso Region; holding diplomatic positions in Chile and abroad in the Foreign Ministry; and, prior to his current position, as Head of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. It is worth mentioning that he has also performed teaching duties at the Catholic University , Adolfo Ibáñez University and University of Chile.
Finally, Cristián Jara has published in national and international media such as Foreign Affairs Latin America, Forbes Magazine, Capital Magazine, El Mercurio de Valparaíso, among others.

Rechtsanwalt, Bachelor in Rechtswissenschaften an der Adolfo Ibáñez Universität; Er hat einen Master in Business Law (LLM) und ein Zertifikat in Finanzen von derselben Universität (2007-2008). Er absolvierte die Diplomatische Akademie "Andrés Bello" in Chile und verfügt über verschiedene Diplome und Kurse in internationaler Politik und Politikwissenschaft an den katholischen Universitäten von Chile und Diego Portales Universität. Er absolvierte den "Winterkurs" der Akademie für Internationales Recht in Den Haag und bereitet seine Diplomarbeit vor, um sich für den Doktor der Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität von Los Andes zu bewerben. Er ist mit María Isabel Rojas Framm verheiratet und Vater einer Tochter, Isabel. Er ist Mitglied der Anwaltskammern Santiago und Valparaíso; Teil des chilenischen Rates für internationale Beziehungen (CCRI); und Mitglied der Pro Bono Foundation.
Seine Karriere wurde hauptsächlich in der staatlichen Verwaltung als Anwalt in der Regionalregierung der Region Valparaíso entwickelt. Diplomatische Positionen in Chile und im Ausland im Außenministerium innehaben; und vor seiner derzeitigen Position als Leiter der internationalen Zusammenarbeit des Ministeriums für Justiz und Menschenrechte. Erwähnenswert ist, dass er auch Lehrtätigkeiten an der Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, der Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez und der Universidad de Chile ausgeübt hat.
Schließlich hat Cristián Jara in nationalen und internationalen Medien wie Foreign Affairs Latin America, dem Forbes Magazine, dem Capital Magazine und El Mercurio de Valparaíso veröffentlicht.
